Djokovic adept on Australian soil.

BRAD'S TIP: Novak Djokovic has proven to be more than adept on Australian soil. If it weren't for some dubious planning last year, he could well be gunning for three straight titles here. He's playing well enough and I can find room for him in my top 3. Back him early to ensure a profit. |

There is no doubt Novak Djokovic enjoys playing in Australia.
The Serb returned to our shores last year to defend his 2007 crown, but was ousted by the heat and some contentious match programming in the quarter finals.
His 2009 campaign has bagged three late season victories in Beijing, Paris and Switzerland. He defeated Roger Federer in his Swiss Indoor win in Basel, and then disposed of Gael Monfils in his Paribas Masters win.
At the ATP world Tour Finals, the 22-year-old managed to overcome eventual winner Nikolay Davydenko in their round-robin match, and also conjured a win over world number two Rafael Nadal. But his loss to an improving Robin Soberling denied the Serb of a place in the final.
Despite indifferent performances in the grand slams of 2009 - Third round loss at Roland Garros, and a quarter final exit at Wimbledon, Djokovic bounced back to a semi final appearance at this year's US Open.
